Bug Description

rocketfuel-setup uses aptitude, which is not part of the standard install in Maverick. aptitude could be added to launchpad-developer-dependencies or simply replaced with apt-get.

WFM. I uninstalled aptitude and, launchpad-database-dependencies, and launchpad-developer-dependencies from a maverick machine and ran rocketfuel-setup. It re-installed the packages.
