wubi hangs while creating virtual disk

Bug Description
The wubi installation goes well until it starts to create the virtual disk. pyrun.exe goes into a eternal loop with CPU at 50%. I am running Windows 7 and wubi was UAC Elevated.
Memory dumps and logs available. (3rd attempt to post this, the log file is over 300MB and the server keeps disconnecting me)
