Aid Catalog Bug even if a unit/units is being selected

Bug Description
I'm trying to add an Aid Item Type.
I selected the Catalog
then I selected the Select the Category or Classification
After that, I click on next
Now, It's time for me to add an item.
I inputted the Name which is under the Item Type Details.
I selected Measurement Type and after I selected Measurement Unit
I know press the button Next
What happens here is that even if I already selected the Measurement Unit,
there's an error which says,
Oops. There are few errors: Please select unit/units
Does this have a fix.

I've created a fix for this bug. You'll need to backup the the following file then replace it with the one from my branch:
mod/cs/
