FFe for kcm-qt-graphicssystem

Kindly requesting feature freeze exception for new source package kcm-qt-graphicssystem (binary pkg name: kde-config-qt-graphicssystem) a KDE configuration module to set the graphics system backend used by Qt. If a user wishes to use this KCM to change the backend she can greatly improve drawing performance of Qt applications by changing from the standard X11 backend to something more suitable for her system (e.g. OpenGL if graphics drivers are suitable).
