Theme needs to be 100% trademark clean

Bug Description

To avoid issues encountered with the previous theme, we will need to ensure that the theme is fully GPLv2/3 compliant. This will include style sheets as well as images.

I've been trying to track down some answers for over a year now. At this point I am done trying to do this. If there is an issue, you will need to come to me about it. I'm readily available and will listen. However, I can not devote the time to continuously trying to track down answers.

I have done my best to address these issues. I have dealt with everything to the best of my knowledge. If something is wrong, then please file a bug and patch for the specific issue and I will look into it.
