+1. The current version of nVidia drivers (non-free) for Maverick is 265.44 and does not work on my system with a GeForce GT240M. the Nouveau drivers are useless (no 3D, horrible resolution). I had to download the /.56 drivers from nVidia to get a proper display on my system with Maverick.
