Bug Description
When I try to refresh my keyring (containing 39 keys) it stops after some keys.
gpg lists requests for all keys but after receiving some keys (around 3-5) no further keys get received and after some time gpg reports an keyserver timeout and exits.
I added libcurl3-gnutls-dev (the openssl variant should also work) to build-depends and rebuilt gnupg. I exchanged /usr/lib/
