Bug Description

The Ubuntu One link in the me menu doesn't seem to be appearing for me. This is hurting the discoverability of service sign up and desktop account management tools. I'm running the latest version of Maverick. Thanks!

This is a request for a Feature Freeze Exception, per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess#General Instructions

Proposed changes: The proposed change re-installs the U1 menu item that was present in Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid)

Rationale for the exception: The link is necessary for users to easily access their U1 account.
Additional information:
* the patch is available at http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~indicator-applet-developers/indicator-me/trunk/revision/103
* the patch reverses a change that was properly working in Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid)
* the patch has been reviewed according to the standard code review process for DX developments (using LP code reviews)
* the patch has been tested by the developer and made available in our internal daily builds for a few days

Additional note: the patch doesn't add new stings, as it reuses strings that were already present in the last stable version.
