Bug Description
Example: https:/
In the page, the "biggest" heading level we've used is <h2> (== Title ==, eg. "New Xubuntu Logo"). The <h3> subheading is already too small (eg. "Icon" just below "New Xubuntu Logo" !).
Are we supposed to be using first level (<h1>, = Title =) links as well in wikipages, will the lower level headings eventually be bigger or are we left with just one usable/visually meaningful heading level?
