Bug Description
Binary package hint: bugzilla3
From a fresh install dbconfig-common prompts for and accepts an administrator password that is less than 3 characters. Following this the install of bugzilla3 fails. Either <3 char passwords should be allowed, or they should be rejected at the point at which they are entered. The current behaviour of accepting the password and then failing several minutes later, leaving packages in a broken state, is not ideal.
To reproduce:
# apt-get install bugzilla3
...
The password must be at least
3 characters long.
dpkg: error processing bugzilla3 (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2
