We don't have immediate plans to translate the Ubuntu One website so the Terms of Service will only be available in english.
For the email screenshot, Ubuntu SSO will send the email message in the new user's preferred language (confirmed this with the Ubuntu SSO team). I see three options:
1. leave as english-only
2. take screenshots and serve for multiple languages (ex. image.en.jpg). default to english if language is not available.
3. remove the email screenshot and update the text above (possibly alter the email text as well)
I'll look into the pros/cons of these options and reply soon.
