Doesn't parse Favorites (gtk bookmarks) well

Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity-place-files
Attached is my ~/.gtk-bookmarks file and a screenshot of how Files renders it into Favorites. There are some bad parses, specifically:
"Ubuntu Ubuntu One" should be "Ubuntu One",
"mterry Dreamhost" should be "Dreamhost", and
"" should not exist
If I click on any of those three folders, Files just exits me back to the desktop.

Guys,
this bug is still not fixed in natty 3.8.2-0ubuntu1
I find the old .gtk-bookmarks as favorite folders and clicking on it from the places window just does nothing.
