OOPS-1934CM308 is a recent example. There is a counter-part in the same oopse report for Question:+makebug OOPS-1934CL560. The oopses are similar except for the extra step the latter takes make the bug. I think the underlying issue here is getting the email recipient and sending the email, which is the underlying issue in bug 618385.
