Bug Description
Hello,
even if more then one kernel is installed, the grub-selection shows not up on startup. The user must hasten to press esc to be able to choose the kernel he/she wants to start.
If the kernel does not work (as 2.6.17-8 happen to do on my toshiba tecra), the average user will probably reinstall or abandon ubuntu for suse or even more likely ws-win.
At least if more then one kernel is installed, the user should be allowed to choose by default.
