Redundant instruction links to test description

There are currently 2 links on the test case page leading to the case steps to implement. For example, on the test page http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/result/4330/285, there is a "Free Software Only" link with an icon, which leads to the steps to implement, and there's also "Additional instructions are available for this testcase, click here to read them" link right below that leads to the same page. There's no other information between these two links.

One solution could be removing one of the links and changing the title of the other to something more clear and distinct, such as "Click here to read the instructions for performing this test".
