losing Icon when adding to menu-bar

Bug Description

If i try to add an icon to the menu-bar on top of the window, like an icon for Opera, or vor Shell, its gone after a restart. I use Ubuntu Edgy Efty, at the lates updates

Which menu? Are you using Alacarte Menu Editor?

I mean the top-bar- where the menu is in, i just made a screenshoot, the tryed with icon Opera, and Terminal. I juses Drag and Drop. means, i just put them inside with the mouse-pointer.

If i restart, the Opera-icon is not there anymore, but if I ad a new one, there suddenly two of them..
