Bug Description
With the recent Attribute Exchange support branch merged, retrieving attributes from the myOpenID provider broke.
While they advertise attribute exchange, they don't support the standard axschema attributes:

Since they are a fairly popular provider, and don't seem to have left the problem unfixed for the last two years, we should try and work around their problem.
