Calendar: ======= instead of month and year in page titles

Bug Description

Calendar plugin inserts pages with ======= titles instead of year and month names. However days' title is ok.
I remember it worked before (in 0.45 or 0.46 - not sure when it was broken).
In index view years and months are displayed correctly.

zim 0.47 on Debian
Python version is (2, 5, 5, 'final', 0)
python-gtk2 is 2.17.0-2

current locale:
LANG=ru_RU.utf-8
LC_TIME=ru_RU.utf-8

Current calendar plugin does indeed not support month and year pages, this is a known issue.

It would be nice if the main Calendar page listed the titles of all the sub-pages, sorted by date, linked to the actual pages. That way one could access any given page using a meaningful, human-readable title, rather than just the date. (I realize this deviates slightly from how Zim works, but I hope such an auto-generated page is not completely out of the question.)
