Bug Description

The attached patch add support for loading the SELinux policy from within /sbin/init.
It is based on the patch from Russell Coker, but I added an explicit --enable-selinux configure switch, which defaults to off.

Russell will need to sign a Copyright Assignment for this patch

Have you ever, ever felt like this?
Had strange things happen? Are you going round the twist?

Let's bring Russell into the loop then.

Russell, I forwarded your SELinux patch for upstart to be included upstream.
Would you be willing to sign such a Copyright Assignment for this
(even it is a real PITA).

Scott, I don't know the details anymore for how to do this. Could you
help Russell how to proceed given he is fine to sign the Copyright
Assignment?

Thanks,
Michael
