Text in reveal panel for hidden packages in "Featured Apps" view is incorrect

Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

software-center version 2.1.2

To see for yourself:

1. Open Software Center and in the main category view click the "View All Featured Applications" button.
2. Note that the reveal panel at the bottom of the list view displays the text "19 other technical items".
3. Also note that the status panel reports "19 items available".
4. Click the reveal panel text to reveal the ""19 other technical items".
5. Note that the reveal panel disappears, but the list is unchanged and the status panel continues to report "19 items available".

What should happen:

Since "Featured Applications" are, by definition, applications, there will never be hidden "technical items". Therefore, the reveal panel should not be shown at all in the "Featured Applications" view.
