libmemcached5 and other binary packages should replace, not conflict with libmemcached2

Bug Description

libmemcached5 is marked as conflicting with libmemcached2, but they share no files and will not interfere with one another.

Likewise for libhashkit0 and libmemcachedutil0.

This prevents a user from having both packages on the system, and is a blocker for getting the perl module Memcached::libmemcached into universe for maverick, as it will depend on libmemcached2, not libmemcached5.
