Bug Description

Binary package hint: apt

I know this isn't major, but on a recent run of apt-get install <package> the following message was returned:

"The following packages where automatically installed and are no longer required:"

The correct message should be:

"The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:"

Notice the change of "where" to "were". Very minor, just wanted to point it out.
