Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Create a recipe
2. Click Edit recipe
3. Click Update recipe
Expected: redirected to the recipe page.
Actual: Validation error: There is already a recipe owned by Ppa-user with this name
Updating the name allows you to save the recipe.
