[Maverick] Strings in "About Ubuntu" need to be updated

changing to ubuntu-docs.

changing status to invalid as the first build of ubuntu-docs package for maverick has not been created yet. what is currently in maverick is the ubuntu docs package from lucid.

when the new ubuntu-docs package is created this bug will be fixed automatically

I've amended the details in our bzr branch. These will be available in Maverick once the first upload is made.

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-docs - 10.10.1
