WorldPivot does not work

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce this behaviour:
1) Choose a flame with Origin point different than (0,0);
2) Uncheck WorldPivot;
3) Go to Transform Editor and in the Xform right side bar press button to rotate 90 degrees clockwise. See that Xform rotates around Xform Origin point;
4) Check WorldPivot;
5) Go to Transform Editor and in the Xform right side bar press button to rotate 90 degrees clockwise. See that Xform rotates around Xform Origin point when it should rotate around WorldPivot.
After a through check I noticed WorldPivot is not working at all maybe it's not implemented yet.

World Pivot does work when dragging the triangle by one of its legs. But you're right, it should work as you describe when using the buttons.
