My Ubuntu One does not sync with data on site. The only way I have found to keep the data in sync is to upload it each time it is modified. The icon says updating data but data is not actually synced.

Bug Description
For some time Ubuntu One would update from the Ubuntu One folder on my computer but lately the only way to keep the two in sync is to manually upload or download file when changes are made.
Is there anything I can do to help track down this problem and find a solution.
Would upgrading from 9.10 to 10.04 help?

Today Ubuntu One started out syncing files however it did not sync them all and stopped at 17 of 29. I restarted sync and it says "Updating files..." and will probably stay that way all day as it usually does without syncing any more files.
