Gametype is selectable when loading a multiplayer game

Bug Description
When starting a new multiplayer game and selecting a savegame, the Gametype still remains selectable. The gametype is just defined implicitly by the Lua coroutine that is launched when the game originally started, so it shouldn't be selectable here as it is already saved in the savegame.

Fill fix this, this evening. Shouldn't be too hard - I just forgot about that when I wrote the multiplayer UI part :).
