Bug Description

On a hardy -> lucid upgrade gdm is restarted and the user is kicked out of his session. The case where initscripts are in use is not handlded.

As discussed on irc we only need to rerstart/reload the old gdm that uses a initscript. The new gdm has a different architecture and does not require a restart.
