python-lazr.restful is not installable due to lack of indirect dependency python-zope.datetime

I reviewed the package on REVU - it looks good to me.

Søren: this is lazr.restful, not lazr.restfulclient.

zope.datetime should be in the queue now. With that the whole stack is installable.
