Same Issue after a reboot, Ubuntu report a bug of desktopcouch-service. Gwibber, transmisson and Chrome was loaded.

The same on amd64.

I've know this issue for weeks (shortly after upgrading from karmic to lucid beta1 as far as i can remember) but apport couldn't report the issue ("crash on an assertion failure") until now.

I can confirm that I'm still having this problem with a fully uptodate system (desktopcouch 0.6.4-0ubuntu2)

I don't know if that's any use but the problem still occurs with version 0.6.4-0ubuntu2.

As you'll notice 0.6.4-0ubuntu2 was the version this was reported against, so that is unsurprising. I'll mark the bug as fix committed. We're releasing this bugfix into Lucid in the coming days. (Maverick has had it for a while)
