Bug Description

The Windows installer for 0.46 uses data/pixmaps/favicon.ico as the application icon. This file only has a 16x16 image in it. There is another Windows ICO file somewhere in the tree that has multiple higher resolutions more appropriate for Windows Desktop use; use that one instead on the next build.

Didn't actually find a multires icon. Maybe I was thinking of one I'd made earlier and have since lost. Anyway, I grabbed zim.png and made a new multires icon out of it using IconFX. Checking in later tonight.
