New files and folders created with "nogroup" group and "nobody" user permissions

Bug Description

All new files and folders, what user created in NFS-shared folder permitted by nobody/nogroup, in result user can't change parmissions or set executable bit for example.

There is no support on such deprecated version; that one has died long time ago.
