2. have someone initiate an empathy voice call to you
result:
the dialog box appears over your document and the reject button gets clicked by default, rejecting your call

Ken, I suggest we don't throw good money after bad here. Probably best to revert this change altogether, and try again in 10.10 early when we have time to refine popping the dialog.
