Bug Description
If you create a contact with no email address and then use the Contact Picker to share a folder with that contact, no error is thrown. The correct response is to inform the user that 'the selected contact/one of the selected contacts' does not have a email address, and prompt the user to either enter the email address or cancel the share operation.

I believe this is related to bug 544278 so I'm marking as a dupe. We should not display contacts with no email addresses when attempting to share a folder.
