language-selector appears two times in the menu

Bug Description

Binary package hint: language-selector-qt

language-selector-qt and language-selector appear both in the menu.
Thus when having both ubuntu-desktop and kubuntu-desktop installed there
are two menu entries called "Language Support (Language Support)".

I think language-selector-qt should only be shown under KDE and language-selector not under KDE (so that language-selector is still shown under XFCE and Gnome).

Thus I propose to add a 'OnlyShowIn=KDE;' line to /usr/share/applications/qt-language-selector.desktop

and

'NotShowIn=KDE;' to
/usr/share/applications/language-selector.desktop
