I can confirm this bug in upgrade from Karmic to Lucid beta.

As a workaround manual removal of 'gobject-introspection-repository' and re-installation of 'gir1.0-clutter-1.0' fixes the problem.

This bug was fixed in the package pango1.0 - 1.26.2-1ubuntu2

    - let libpango1.0-dev replaces gobject-introspection-repository since
      the pango gir moved between those (lp: #547251)
