I can't see any obvious reasons why this is happening. IBug inherits from IHasLinkedBranches, on which unlinkBranch is declared fine, afaict.

The OOPS looks a little odd to me. Doesn't the URL and the request data imply this is an anonymous API request? Would we allow unlinking a branch anonymously?
(I'm unsure because this looks different than other API-related OOPS reports I've seen, but I don't know if this has something to do with the new API versioning or not.)
