Bug Description
Ubuntu 9.10
Mobile GM965/GL960 Integrated Graphics Controller
Gnome: 2.28.1
Mono: 2.4.2.3+dfsg-2
Docky seems to freeze when focusing to a graphic interface such as a game. It basically scales down to about 50% of its size and sits at the bottom of the screen, no zoom, no selection, no auto-hide, etc, just sits there.
debug mode gives this in terminal:

I am guessing two things.
1) you have a lot of icons
2) the game changes the screen to a lower resolution
Are those correct assumptions? If so, Docky is trying to scale the icon size down to fit all your launchers on the (smaller) desktop. I believe we had a prior bug that froze Docky in such a situation.
