Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon

The problem is these two files:
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/actions/touchpad-disabled.svg
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/actions/touchpad-enabled.svg

The smaller sizes have been cropped and included in the respective folders , but there is no 48px svg scalable icon .
These are one canvas source[400x300] files which have icons of all the sizes.

When the notification is being displayed this source icon is used, and the icon is unrecognizable [ attaching screenshot]

: gnome-settings-daemon 2.29.92-0ubuntu2

To fix this ,all I had to do was remove the source and use a 48px svg icon instead in the scalable folder.
