Bug Description

upower needs generate POT file on build so that it could be imported into Launchpad and accept translations from translators.

Upower provides some translatable strings, but unfortunately only 3 languages are currently available (and maybe with outdated translations)

Translatable messages are extracted from C file, but also from PolicyKit .policy files and will showed sometimes when authenticating you to perform some actions (mount, unmount, check..). So are really important to understand sensible tasks and run consciously. If I'm right, those translations should be placed inside .policy file at build time (i.e you can't rely on .MO file), so a patch will be needed.

I will generate and upload a pot first as a workaround, but the package still need changes to make it generate a POT on build.

    - Dynamic testing for enough hibernate swap. (LP: #599352)
    - Port UPower to libusb1 to avoid unfixable crashes. (LP: #522827)
  * debian/rules: Build a PO template during package build, for translation
    systems. (LP: #538321)
  * debian/control: Switch libusb-dev build dependency to libusb-1.0-0-dev,
    and add libimobiledevice-dev to support the new backend.
  * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.0; no changes necessary.
  * Drop transitional devicekit-power-doc package. It's been in testing long
    enough, and we do not want to carry it into the squeeze release.
