This bug was fixed in the package usbmuxd - 1.0.2-1ubuntu1

---------------
usbmuxd (1.0.2-1ubuntu1) lucid; urgency=low

  * 02-udev-usbmux-owner.patch: Flag devices with USBMUX_SUPPORTED udev
    property, so that things higher in the stack (such as gvfs) can recognize
    them. Patch backported from upstream git head. (LP: #537261)

@Julien:

Ah, great. I deliberately didn't upgrade to 1.0.3 since (1) there's no upstream tar.gz, and (2) I had needed to fix the patch anyway. But we can sync the next time again.

Please prod me if you need Debian sponsoring, BTW.
