It seems to happen everytime i click on something else, before something is done loading. example search for something and abort by clicking something else or exiting program while its searching. I have been able to reproduce them by clicking around randomly fast.

The original bug was found after an upgrade of 9.10. I have now done a
clean install from Alpha-3. Software-centre works but is inclined to
crash. It would not work on the initial boot until update manager had
been run. I hope this helps.
