Bug Description

Binary package hint: gecko-mediaplayer

When trying to upgrade to the latest version of gecko-mediaplayer, I get the dependency error:

gecko-mediaplayer:
Depends: gnome-mplayer (>=0.9.9.1) but 0.9.9.1~svn1651-0ubuntu1 is to be installed

Well, this version is only meant as a provisional one since 0.9.9.1 will only be released after we entered freeze. For the time being you can either override the dependency check or just use 0.9.8. Once 0.9.9.1 is out (which I expect very soon) this will be corrected.

Please sync gecko-mediaplayer 0.9.9.2 from Debian unstable (main).
This is a bug-fix release only, therefore no FFe is needed.

For the record, the upstream changelog between the current Ubuntu version and the Debian one is:

http://code.google.com/p/gecko-mediaplayer/source/diff?spec=svn385&old=369&r=382&format=unidiff&path=/trunk/ChangeLog
