[diff] Don't show internal ID updates in diff list

Bug Description
Since internal IDs aren't displayed on the site, and are only used internally, we should make sure they are removed from the DIFF view.
Here's an example:

On this page, I would expect to see everything but the id row.

Also, I would like to understand why we show fields that have not been modified, in this case, the title_prefix field. Why is that shown?
