deprecate 'clone' and 'get' command aliases

Bug Description

We have some old command aliases (like 'get' for branch) that are not helping anyone and that block use of these names in other contexts. It would be nice to remove them in 2.1 so they can be reused later. Users can create aliases if they want.

Err! That's not true! I'm using `get` alias all the time, it's much simpler to type! Do you want to reuse it for different thing?

Another one would be "bzr inventory" versus "bzr ls". And the "bzr
added", etc commands. I don't think all of them are properly replicated
in "bzr ls", but there was (at one point) a desire in making "bzr ls"
the more shell-friendly interface.
