Add Intel Iron Lake support to Karmic

Accepted linux into karmic-proposed, the package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

-18 kernel was verified as a fix to the issues surrounding the Arrandale-Ironlake graphics. After the kernel was installed the graphics output was restored to the system after POST.

These changes should be propagated forward to future kernels so Ironlake support is maintained.

1)Winery UMA system with -14 kernel used to confirm broken graphics
2)Dell BTO custom Image created with -18 kernel
3)System installed and booted

Graphics support is returned

Please note that -20 kernel has the same fixes in this version. It can be considered an equivalent fix and should be pushed as soon as possible.

This bug was fixed in the package linux - 2.6.31-20.57
