Bug Description

On startup, Gwibber shows the Home tab containing "Welcome to Gwibber", "Your Accounts", "Create New Account" and "Latest Replies". In everyday usage, only the "Latest Replies" have some kind of sense (I usually get only very few replies, so this tab usually doesn't have any useful informations either). The most important thing, current messages, aren't displayed at all.

My suggestion:
If the user has one or more accounts, the "Welcome to Gwibber"-Bubble could have links like "Manage Accounts" and "Add another Account" (the last maybe with a drop down for selecting the service). After that, Gwibber should show new replies (not older than 3 days or the last login, whatever is further ago). After this, Gwibber should show the latest messages.

If the user has no accounts, the home tab should show the "Create New Account"-Bubble like it does now.

Alternatively, the "Your Accounts" and "Create New Accounts" bubble should have a hide link.
