well, let's say that
- GTG/plugins/
- GTG/plugins/
are missing (subdirs included). This includes all the things that I didn't find.
You can check that everything is fine by:
- activating the rtm plugin and looking at the console (would signal a missing png. be aware that in those dirs there is also a svg that is needed)
- activating the export plugin and running it from the menu bar (just opening it is fine, if it loads it's ok)
