Bug Description
Mirror prober logs should have timestamps in them (preferably in UTC) so that it's easier to debug when a mirror got probed, so that some mirror administrators do not get confused by old logs (see bug #474214 for an example).
For example, instead of http://
[27/11/09 20:51:56] Found all ISO images for series The Karmic Koala and flavour kubuntu.
[27/11/09 20:52:34] Found all ISO images for series The Karmic Koala and flavour ubuntu.
Likewise with archive logs, such as http://
