Installer crashed (Dapper)

Bug Description
Tried to install Dapper... manually configured the partitions... before this I tried to install Dapper and I had the installer configure my drives for me (I have winXP on hda1) and i made the partitions and the installer got to 77%. It froze and I rebooted (hard reboot from case). On 2nd install attempt, got this error...

Could you please attach the whole of /var/log/ installer/ syslog (and also /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman, if possible) rather than just the start of it? The start of the log doesn't really help me much at all. Thanks in advance.
